It is the goal of HemOnCare's physicians to provide our patients the benefits of an intimate and close relationship with a specific primary oncologist/ hematologist.  At the same time our patients have the security of knowing that we function as a fully integrated group with each member able to provide total care in the absence of the primary oncologist/ hematologist.  To accomplish this, every patient is assigned a primary oncologist/ hematologist who is responsible for the overall management of the patient's case and for communicating with the patient, the patient's family and the referring physician.  Difficult and or unusual cases are presented and discussed at HemOnCare's weekly case management conferences.

It is also HemOnCare's philosophy to preserve the patient's relationship with the referring physician whom we recognize as being the most experienced physician in caring for the patient.
