HemOnCare is easily reached by car or public transportation. By car: we are on East 18th Street between Avenue Y and Avenue Z. From the Belt Parkway use exit 9A (Knapp Street). On street parking is plentiful and a municipal parking lot is located at Avenue Z and East 17th Street. Click on one of the following map services, put in your address, and click "get directions" to obtain door-to-door routing. Many of our patients find it convenient to use one of the following transportation providers to get to our office:
By bus: The B49, B36, and B4 lines all stop on the corner of East 18th street and Avenue Z a few feet from us. By subway: Take the D (local) and Q (express) line. The Sheepshead Bay Road station is a few short blocks from us.
